- We bill your planWe bill your insurance directly. You pay any copay, coinsurance or deductible your plan requires.
Insurance or self-pay
Most primary care patients use insurance. Optimization services are self-pay, with optional membership discounts.
Covered by your plan
Primary care visits, annual physicals, chronic disease management and medically necessary labs are billed to your insurance. Your usual copay and deductible apply.

Self-pay and optional membership
Hormone, peptide and IV therapy are generally not covered by insurance. They are available a la carte to any adult patient after a provider evaluation.

Does insurance cover hormone, peptide or IV therapy?
These services are generally not covered by insurance and are offered self-pay to any adult patient. Lab work that is medically necessary may be billed to your plan, depending on your coverage.
Do I need a membership if I have insurance?
No. Membership is optional. Insured patients can use their plan for primary care without joining.
What if my insurance is not listed?
You can still be seen as a self-pay patient or choose an optional membership. Call us and we will go over your options.
