Everyday medicine, done with enough time to actually talk. The same team that manages your primary care can also handle hormone, longevity and lab work if you want it, so nothing is treated in isolation.

Two ways to access care
Most patients use insurance. Membership is an option for patients who are uninsured or want more access.
With insurance
We bill Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Solis Health Plans, Curative and Simply Healthcare for primary care visits. Your usual copay and deductible apply.

Optional Core membership
$129 per month for same- or next-business-day telehealth, portal messaging, an annual wellness exam with EKG and a basic lab panel each year.

Do I need a membership to be a primary care patient?
No. You can be a primary care patient using insurance alone. Memberships are optional and mainly serve uninsured patients or patients who want extra access.
Is Provena Care a direct primary care practice?
Not in the traditional sense. Direct primary care practices usually do not bill insurance. We bill accepted insurance plans for primary care and also offer optional memberships for patients who are uninsured or want more access.
